Sort the scripts into "offensive" and "defensive" categories

Separating the scripts into categories depending on their use will improve navigation and make the project easier to understand for newcomers.

Hm, not that easy, I have to pimp the import system before, to be able to load from an other directory. For now everything needs to be in the same directory ! I already improved the preprocessor today, I will do that the next time I work on it.

Could we at least place the scripts in their own directory at the repo level and the includes in a subdir? To avoid having to navigate across licence files, themes, etc?
