Move the preprocessor explaination in an other file than README

As more scripts are added in the repo, more of them don't rely on this preprocessor.

As it is not about the whole repo any more, the "How does the preprocessor work?" section of the README should then be moved to its own file (where more can be explained), or even the wiki.
