Create a tool to extract a website file without requiring a shell access

Which part would be affected

Either a new script or a new functionality in existing scripts Should be possible to integrate into FileReaper, in which case this issue should wait until #40 (closed) is completed, at which point integrating FileReaper into said scripts would add the functionality automatically

Description of the feature

Text files can be read thanks to File or Computer objects /Public/htdocs/website.html should be read/saved when probing a system with generic tools

How would it enhance the experience?

Being able to extract website.html without a shell would allow us to access the code from player's website when using router exploits

• Doesn't break previously working scripts
• Data shown in the terminal or written into a file in such way the user should be able to host the stolen file on an http-server
