Resolve "Design a way to install "utility libraries" when performing local escalation"

Due to an unknown glitch when ordering a server to perform file copies, "anonymous transfer" is disabled
The update to utils.inc and remote.inc allows to auto-download metaxploit.so if it's unavailable, so we can close #26 (closed)
