chore(release): prepare v2.0.0 release 

Update CHANGELOG.md with comprehensive summary of all changes from develop
branch, including formation system, infrastructure pages, security
improvements, and design updates.

Update sitemap.xml with all website pages including 14 formation detail
pages and all main navigation pages.
